Call for Preparatory and Coordination Team - FEM Forward Local Actions

The Federation of Young European Greens is excited to announce an open call for members of the international Preparatory and Coordination Team for the Local Actions programme “We are IN for FEMinism: FEM forward”.

The Prep team will be responsible for supporting and mentoring green youth activists and organisations who have received a grant to organise a Local Actions (LA) ‘FEM Forward’ applying the knowledge and skills on intersectional feminism gained during the Summer camp “the FEM Camp” at the local, regional, or national level.

The Prep team will be working during the full duration of the grant implementation timeline, from September 2026 to March 2027, spanning the preparation, implementation, reflection, and dissemination phases.

About the activity

Local Actions are designed and implemented by local teams in a way that applies and disseminates intersectional feminist knowledge and approaches gained during the implementation of the Work Plan 2026 "We are IN for Feminism" and bridging them to their local, regional, or national context.

Through this activity, we aim to support young activists in designing and implementing workshops, campaigns, or community events that disseminate intersectional feminism to their peers and communities. Beyond the financial support provided by FYEG, the Prep Team supports locals teams through methodological guidance, training in non-formal education and project management and ongoing mentoring to ensure local actions are high-quality and impactful. Additionally to the implementation of the local action, the strategic, long-term oriented organisational mentoring programme aims to support participating organisations to embed newly acquired knowledge and skills into internal structures, projects, or daily operations.

To ensure lessons and materials reach non-participants and broader audiences, the Prep Team will also support the creation and distribution of tangible outputs, such as informative campaigns, resource materials, or reports.

Join the Preparatory Team!
