Call for Campaign Team Volunteers
The Federation of Young European Greens (FYEG) are gearing up for an exciting new campaign, and we're looking for 4 volunteers to join our Campaign Team.
If you have previous experience working with FYEG or are a member of a FYEG member organisation, we want to hear from you! As part of our campaign team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of individuals from across Europe, and help shape the future of our continent.
We're looking for people who are enthusiastic, dedicated, and willing to work hard to make a difference. If you have a strong commitment to the principles of the Green movement and are excited about the prospect of working on an innovative and impactful campaign, we want to hear from you! Applicants from Eastern and Southern member organisations are especially encouraged to apply!
Our volunteers will be split, with 2 joining our Green Vision team and 2 joining our Green Community team.
Green Vision
This team will focus on the public facing campaign towards the EU24 elections. We’re looking for 2 people with experience in political communications or campaigns to help make sure our messages reflect the views of young people from across Europe.
As part of this team, you will work on the political messaging, visual identity and external outreach of the campaign.
Green Community
This team will focus on forming, animating and coordinating the campaign volunteers towards the EU24 elections. We’re looking for 2 people with experience in offline and digital community organising and volunteer management to lead Young Greens from all over Europe to promote the Green vision and our Young candidates.
You will be required to:
attend 2 in-person meetings
September 2023
February 2024
Attend regular online meetings from June 2023 until the election in May/June 2024.
Please note that this is a volunteer position, and you'll be expected to commit a significant amount of your time and energy to the campaign. However, the rewards are immeasurable - not only will you be contributing to a worthy cause, but you'll also have the opportunity to develop your skills and make new friends from across Europe. All of this during the most exciting time for European politics.
