Information Session - General Assembly 2023

Federation of Young European Greens (FYEG) is going to organise an online information session ahead of the General Assembly on 22nd of February, Wednesday between 19:00 - 20:30 CET (Brussels time).

This information session is open to any interested Young Green, but we also would like to encourage the attendance of members of our Member Organisations who are acting as delegates to the General Assembly.

This session will provide information about the positions that will be open for elections and will explain the functioning of the General Assembly.

Specifically, the agenda will be as follows:

  • What is a General Assembly?

    • Documents that will be presented at the General Assembly

    • Timelines and deadlines for amendments and resolutions

  • Positions that will be elected at the General Assembly 

    • Explanation of the roles, application process and the timelines:

      • Secretary General

      • Executive Committee

      • Financial Control and Advisory Committee

      • Ecosprinter Editorial Board

  • How to use the Amendment Tool

Please make sure that you register for the event as the online link to the meeting will only be shared with the registered participants. You can register until 22nd of February 18:30 CET. (We will close the registration 30 minutes before the meeting).
