CALL FOR PREP-TEAM: Arts, Crafts & Politics

The Federation of Young European Greens is announcing an open call for members of the international preparatory team for the international activity “Arts, Crafts and Politics” that will take place from 4 - 9.09.2017 in Helsinki, Finland. With this project we aim to create inclusive political narratives and set up and utilize communications tools and channels for bringing policies to people in their authentic forms, instead of bald populism.

This event is about giving policy makers the actual tools that will enable them to develop policy that is well informed, creative, tested, and works.

We plan:

  • To define the ways of influencing public policy making on local and European levels.

  • To enhance young people’s advocacy skills, through comprehensive training for expanding local impact.

  • to provide opportunity to reflect and discuss about the good practices and youth participation in politics.

If you are interested to experiment with non-formal education, if you are willing to engage in an adventure of imagining the new ways of doing politics - this project is for you!
