Austrian Young Greens activity report

"Global Energy Turnaround Now! Switch off Nuclear Energy!" was the slogan of the „Junge Grüne“ (Young Greens Austria) Summer Tour. For two weeks they travelled throughout Austria with 13 stops in different cities and villages. They discussed and informed about global energy policies, the dangers of nuclear energy and possibilities of alternative energies.

The "Junge Grüne" demand a fair distribution of global energy resources, financial means for the research in new sustainable technologies and actual measures for saving energy so that 100% renewable energy can be realised.
