The third seminar Queering the Balkans: Youth for equal love will start on Wednesday 11th of December in beautiful and snowy Tuzla, Bosnia and Herzegovina. The seminar is organized by Green European Foundation and FYEG together with Revolt , supported by European Youth foundation, The Green Group in the European Parliament and Heinrich Boll Foundation Sarajevo office.

The internet is radically transforming how we communicate globally. Collaborative internet is demonstrating its potential to transform the way we organise our societies. We believe in its capacity to promote positive social change and to transcend borders and bring people closer together. However we need a framework to ensure that it fulfils its potential.

The FYEG Gender Working group organized a study session on European gender policies. It took place in the European Youth Center and counted with the financial support of the Council of Europe. This statement is the result from the session and was approved by the participants.

We, the participants of the GEF Seminar “Beyond EU Citizenship” organized with support of FYEG meet in Bucharest from 13-17 of October 2011, taken into consideration the conclusions of the Paris Seminar in May 2011 and the Resolution The Roma Minority in Europe: A nomad path to exclusion approved by FYEG general assembly in 2007, have the following concerns.

This is the political statement produced by the Green Economy Seminar held in Thessaloniki (Greece) from the 24th to the 29th of November 2010. The seminar was organised by the Green European Foundation (GEF) with support of FYEG:

We are suffering the convergence of different crises: the economic, the financial, the social the political and the ecological one. Even though the situation is getting better in parts of Europe, we are facing the biggest recession since the 1930s. No sustainable solutions to social, environmental and economic problems have been implemented. Hence, we need a system change.
